Tricia Taylor, LMT | Massage Therapist in Lewisburg, TN

Experience & Professional Background

I’m Tricia Taylor, LMT, a massage therapist in Lewisburg, TN, practicing since 1999. I graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Over the years, I’ve continued building my skills through advanced training, private practice, and working alongside chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.

Today, my work focuses on customized therapeutic medical massage for people dealing with recurring muscle tension, discomfort, and limited mobility. Every session is based on what’s bothering you, what I find during your assessment, and what you want to accomplish.

I commonly work with clients seeking help with recurring neck and shoulder tension, headaches associated with muscle tension, low-back discomfort, restricted movement, postural strain, and other persistent muscular concerns.

What Makes My Approach Different

I don’t believe massage should be a one-size-fits-all routine. Two people can walk through my door with similar discomfort and need completely different approaches. Taking the time to understand your lifestyle is key to unlocking why pain patterns are occurring.

Each session begins by looking at what’s bothering you, how you’re moving, where you’re experiencing tension or restriction, what's changed, when did you first notice it and what you would like to accomplish. From there, I customize your session rather than automatically putting every client through the same routine.

You don’t have to choose techniques or add-ons when you book. I’ll use what’s appropriate for your needs during your session, and everything is included in the price.

My goal is not to fit you into a massage style. It’s to figure out what will be most useful for you that day

Care Beyond Your Massage Session

What you do between massage sessions can be just as important as the session itself. When appropriate, I may explain patterns I’m noticing and suggest simple stretching, movement, hot or cold therapy, or other practical things you can do at home.

My goal is to help you better understand what your body is telling you and give you useful information that supports your progress between massage sessions.
